In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, it did not dampen the team spirit of the Chemistry Education Department which consisted of prof. Dr. Sri Atun, Dr. Retno Arianingrum and Susila Kristianingrum, M.Si to hold a community service activity entitled "Training on Making Anti-Acne Soap Using Quercitrin Nanoemulsion Additive from Benalu Plant Isolation". The service was held in the Soropadan Condongcatur Sleman Yogyakarta area on Sunday, 9 August 2020 and was attended by 20 participants. This extension activity is a dissemination of the results of research that has been conducted by Prof. Atun and his friends. The service activities are funded from DIPA Yogyakarta State University. Each participant had the opportunity to try making a solid soap using the Quercitrin nanoemulsion additive isolated from the parasite plant. At the end of the activity, participants can bring home soap from their practice.
