Prof. Dr. Hairul Anuar Tajuddin from the Department of Chemistry, University of Malaya, gave a public lecture to students of the Department of Chemistry Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Monday, 10/28/19 at FMIPA UNY. Coconut fruit has many benefits. Coconut meat can be used as ingredients, usually used as a coconut milk. Santan is a coconut juice extract. Coconut milk is taken from the juice of coconut meat that has been shredded before.
