Management Organisation
Head of The Inorganic and Physical Chemistry Laboratory: Drs. M. Pranjoto Utomo, M.Si.
Laboratory Assistant: Kadiyatna, S.Tr.A.B.
Laboratory Profile
The Inorganic and Physical Chemistry Laboratory is the primary supporting facility for conducting practical work, research, and scientific development in the fields of inorganic and physical chemistry. This laboratory is designed to support experimental-based learning and research focused on inorganic fields such as the synthesis, characterization, and application of inorganic compounds, as well as the principles of physics in chemical systems, including thermodynamics, kinetics, electrochemistry, and surface chemistry.
Function:
-
Education Field
To conduct practicals and training in basic skills in the synthesis and characterization of inorganic compounds, and understanding the concepts of thermodynamics, kinetics, electrochemistry, and chemical equilibrium through an experimental approach for undergraduate Chemistry students. -
Research Field
To support research activities conducting by lecturers and students in the field of inorganic chemistry, including: coordination chemistry, elemental chemistry, development of inorganic materials, and in the field of physical chemistry, including reaction kinetics, electrochemistry, surface chemistry, and energy systems. -
Development of Knowledge
To become a center for the development of applicable and innovative methods for the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials, as well as in numerical data processing, graphic analysis, and scientific interpretation of experimental results. -
Academic Services
To provide facilities for the use of laboratory instruments and facilities to full fill final assignments and collaborative research.
